1 General Provisions

Each person may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household manage accounts from the same device or internet connection, 7555 bed must be informed in advance.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach must be reported to the 7555 bed support team immediately. 7555 bed will not be held liable for any loss caused to an account by a third party.

2.3 Identity Verification

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• If you request cancellation of a bonus, the relevant bonus amount will be deducted from your account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are only usable on specified games, which will be indicated in each promotion.
• If the original deposited amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The weekly cashback rates are: up to 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver level, 0.8% at Gold level and 1.0% at Platinum level. For example, if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus benefits — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or attempting to obtain bonuses using automated tools or software — is a punishable offence and may result in account closure.

6 Gaming Rules

The 7555 bed platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting and fishing games. Each game or betting category has its own gaming rules.

6.1 Bet Validity

• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be cancelled or corrected.
• If a bet is accepted on a live event and the event is subsequently cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a game session is left incomplete due to internet or technical issues, 7555 bed will determine the outcome based on server logs.

6.2 Odds and Changes

Odds in sports betting may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are final. If the odds change before the bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

Before permanently closing an account, the user will be given an opportunity to explain the matter where applicable. However, in cases of serious breach of the terms and conditions, the account may be closed without prior notice.

9 Limitation of Liability

7555 bed always strives to operate a reliable and secure platform. However, 7555 bed will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If any game or bet is left incomplete due to internet connection issues or a fault with the user's device.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a delay or failure on the part of a third-party payment provider.
